Consent to the processing of personal data

You hereby voluntarily consent to the processing of your personal data by Metrostav Development a.s., ID: 28440412, address Koželužská 2450/4, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, which is the parent company of its project subsidiaries implementing individual residential or office projects, and which performs real estate activities for these companies based on mandate agreements (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (GDPR) and Act no. 110/2019 Coll., on personal data processing.

You are granting your consent for the purpose of receiving marketing and commercial messages of the Administrator via email and telephone.

The extent of the processing of your personal data corresponds to the extent of data contained in this form, i.e. name, surname, email address and telephone number, or other personal data that you grant us.

You are granting your consent to the processing of your personal data for a period of 5 years.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, in writing by delivering it to the address of Administrator, via the Administrator’s data mailbox (Data Mailbox ID: pcne68c), or electronically at: reality@metrostavdevelopment.cz.

The Administrator will handle your personal information responsibly in accordance with applicable law and the privacy policy.

If you believe that your personal data is being handled unlawfully by the Administrator, you can request that the Administrator remedy it at any time by contacting us at: reality@metrostavdevelopment.cz.
