The purchase of the apartment, including accessories, can be financed both from own resources and in combination of own resources and mortgage. The purchase price is paid according to a payment schedule in three basic instalments corresponding to the individual milestones of the project:

  • 20% of the price after the signing of the Contract for Future Contract
  • 70% of the price after submission of the Application for Approval of the apartment building
  • 10% of the price after signing the Purchase Contract

Purchase process

If you are interested in buying an apartment

  • Fill in the contact form that you will find on the project website for the selected apartment from the offer.
  • Arrange a personal meeting with our real estate agent to get more information about the unit you have inquired about and the entire project, as well as the financing process.
  • The real estate agent will inform you of the date by which we will reserve the selected apartment for the time needed to draw up and sign the Reservation Agreement (or directly the Contract of Future Contract).

After signing the Contract of Future Contract

  • You will be able to choose the furnishings and deal with any client changes with the Client Centre.
  • If the purchase price is increased due to Client Changes, this increase is always paid out of your own funds.
    After approval, we will invite you to sign the purchase contract. We will arrange the subsequent registration in the Land Registry for you.
  • You will be able to inspect the apartment before its official handover.
