Financing

The purchase of the apartment, including accessories, can be financed both from own resources and in combination of own resources and mortgage. The purchase price is paid according to a payment schedule in three basic instalments corresponding to the individual milestones of the project:

• 20% of the price after the signing of the Contract for Future Contract
• 70% of the price after meeting the conditions in the Future Purchase Contract (own resources / mortgage)
• 10% of the price after signing the Purchase Contract
